At EUROGUSS 2026, Seiffer & Steiner Präzisionsteile GmbH presented itself as a strong and reliable partner for prototype manufacturing and sophisticated cast part machining. At our exhibition booth, we showcased a selection of exhibits – ranging from components machined from solid material to processed cast parts – providing a practical insight into our manufacturing capabilities.
Every component journey begins with a prototype and an A-series. It is precisely at this early stage that we see our particular strength. This is where the decisive foundations for functionality, quality, and cost efficiency are laid. Thanks to our high level of in-house manufacturing depth, short decision-making paths, and great flexibility, we are able to support our customers optimally right from the beginning.
In addition to prototype manufacturing, we maintain excellent connections with experienced series suppliers. We deliberately manufacture niche products and small series in-house. Projects with volumes of up to 10,000 parts per year are in very good hands at Seiffer & Steiner. For larger series, we are happy to support our customers by connecting them with suitable serial manufacturers from our robust and proven network.
Our range of services includes not only aluminum casting, but also steel casting, gray cast iron, prototype die casting, and other materials. Whenever possible – and often the most economical solution – we prefer machining from solid material. With our highly complex 5-axis machining centers, modern AI-supported programming, and connected manufacturing, we are particularly competitive for very small quantities. In many cases, machining from solid is more cost-effective than casting solutions, as no high initial tooling costs are required.
A special highlight at the trade fair was an aircraft turbine displayed at our booth. Many visitors initially wondered why a turbine from a Polish fighter jet was on display. The background: Seiffer & Steiner is EN 9100 certified. This qualification enables us to manufacture components for aerospace, defense applications, and other safety-critical industries. At the same time, we of course continue to serve the traditional mechanical engineering sector with the highest standards of precision and process reliability.
The turbine quickly became a conversation starter, breaking the ice and providing an illustrative entry point into many technically in-depth discussions. The strong interest shown by visitors highlighted how important tangible exhibits and real-world applications are for meaningful technical exchange.
For Seiffer & Steiner, EUROGUSS 2026 proved to be a highly valuable platform for personal dialogue, new contacts, and intensive discussions surrounding prototypes, cast part machining, and precision manufacturing.
